Katy Perry appears on the latest cover of The Hollywood Reporter, and we're honestly not quite sure whether to discuss the actual article, in which she discusses her divorce from Russell Brand, or the fact that she somehow managed to rise a heretofore insurmountable bar on her own hotness.
Who are we kidding? We basically wanna talk about how hot Katy Perry looks all the time, and this is no exception. Aside from her retro-glam cover shot, Katy also dons a stunning maroon colored cutout dress (um HELLO, that tiny waist) and werques her killer legs in a black and green minidress.
